出願から入学までの流れ

学校案内書・学生募集要項より、希望コースと必要書類をご確認ください。Please review the school information packet and Application guideline to decide which course you wish to apply and the necessary documents.
出願手続きSubmit
Application
入学願書と出願書類を入学の6か月前までに提出してください。Please submit your application and documents no later than 6 months prior to your enrollment.
入学試験Entrance
Examination
個人面接・筆記試験を行います。There will be a private interview and a written exam.

入学審査Admissions
Screening
入学適格の書類審査の上、東京出入国在留管理局に在留資格認定証明書の代理申請を行います。
※申請審査には約2か月かかります。After reviewing the documentation, we will apply on your behalf for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) at the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.

結果通知Result
Notification
合格者には「合格通知書」及び「入学手続きのご案内」を郵送いたします。If you are accepted, we will send you a “Notification of Acceptance” and “Enrollment Procedure Guide”.
入学手続きEnrollment
Procedure
入学手続きのご案内を参照し、期間内に手続きを行ってください。Please review the Enrollment Procedure Guide and follow the procedure by the given deadline.

許可書送付Send Out
Documents
入学許可書と在留資格認定証明書を送付いたします。We will send you the Letter of Acceptance and the COE.
ビザ・旅券取得Obtain Visa
and Passport
入学許可書と在留資格認定証明書を本国の日本大使館あるいは領事館に提出してビザ・旅券を取得してください。Please present the Letter of Acceptance and the COE and obtain a student visa and passport at the local Japanese Embassy/Consulate.
